Funded by SPARK, this ongoing project supports 120 MSMEs in North Lebanon through comprehensive assessments and tailored coaching. BIAT, in collaboration with partners like the Rene Moawad Foundation (RMF), is conducting SWOT, coaching, training, investment, and capability assessments to identify business needs and growth opportunities.

Customized coaching plans and training sessions are being delivered to improve business management, technical skills, and market strategies. A robust M&E framework tracks key impact indicators, and a Baseline Report establishes a reference point for measuring progress. Post-support activities will ensure MSMEs continue growing sustainably beyond the project’s scope.
